St Valentine's Day

We celebrate this day of love from three martyrs and their persecuted life of wanting people to love God and others. I see why love can be bittersweet. Embracing moments life offers has not always been a Yipee for me. I've had my share of surprise, caught off guard moments to last several lifetimes, as I wondered why me? It is easy to get lost in the pain of Why and lose sight of the power love can bring. The Why-eventually turns to forgiveness because spending time in the Why of actions from another is insanity.

(Hol-mahn 6th Chakra) moves through the Earth this year, offering resolve of all things wounded. A new understanding of how love flows when you forgive.

We can experience pleasure, pain, and loss in any form of relationship. We invite people who make us laugh to love more or push our buttons to uncover pain. Life offers these opportunities because we need something valuable from these experiences. So how do we deal with pain when it shows up? Forgive and forgive more.

Laughter is easy, while pain is not. Both reveal insights into what the heart wants.

Two things happen. Triggers from leftover pain or euphoria from excess joy. Look at who triggers you, like contributions to clean up stuck emotions in the heart and savor those euphoric feelings in great gratitude.

Both are excellent opportunities to hear another's heart speak and embrace the offered gift. When we react with anger or suffering, it locks up the heart and sends static electromagnetic energy through the nervous system. Now is the time to safely clear old wounds and free the expression of love in your heart.

Humanity is experiencing healing at a higher awareness rate through self-love experiences more than ever. It's a tremendous healing gift from the Divine that abides within us as we become aware of our actions and open to love.

Two thousand twenty-two returns with the energy of unconditional love and forgiveness through the 6th chakra Hol-mahn for the planet. Change is happening. Change may appear as a Revolution bringing an understanding of the power of compassion and love for one another. Love is bridging light and passion into every situation celebrated or lost.

Our greatest gift to each other is transparency to love one another. Unconditional love is not always easy, but worthy benefits are ready to heal and soften any pain, grief, or loss if we have loved. Happy Valentine's Day!
