How do we initiate change within ourselves? How do we align with the ability to awaken

our Divine gifts? I believe happiness and excitement in this existence is our natural core frequency to expand from the heart!

The existence and knowledge of 12 vortexes of light bring peaceful agreements within 12 energy centers. This is another way to restore and heal any opposition within ourselves.

The Essentials of Being is a reference guide to primary active energy centers (chakras), 12 musical notes, 12 balancing essential oils, and 12 colors to assist with creating this alignment. These energy centers champion us to live from our greatest inspiration. Being

in alignment beckons strength of the spirit to hold strong, like a personal safety trainer working in tandem to assist us when we sleep, and go about our daily lives.

When energy centers clear, we broaden beyond mind and emotional limitations we believe exist. This is when Re-ah the 2nd energy center of creativity and inspired ideas start to ignite within.

Out of balance characteristics of Re-ah. SPIRIT or EGO? Which master do you serve? Ego will divide, and confusion

sets in when operating from the mind.

The little me in big mind gets recruited by shadow. Shadow knows its last victory with us.

So confuse the heck out this energy and stay guided with the heart and not divided.

A clear heart will receive the seat of your soul. Sacred trust and covenants show up to assist the desires of the heart when you least expect.

Balanced Re-ah chooses joyful people to be around. New conversations with new people spark ideas. Take a different path to shop or work. Change up your routine and see what a new path offers.

A wise man said 2000 years ago, of not putting old wine in a new wineskin. Would fear, judgement, hesitation, and doubt be like a harden or fearful mind. Perhaps this is the old wineskin? A heart open to the power of love, compassion, and trust would receive higher frequencies of light. Could this be the new wineskin? Contemplate this one, and see what comes up for you. I could be totally off here.

We can be in alignment and create balance with the whole of our being. Each energy centers correlate to the entire physical and physiological network of 12 energy centers and 12 meridians as well. We have an amazing network listening for new instructions to serve us.

When the alignment is correct, the signal is secure and strong. We have the ability to access all of our spirit and knowledge to be the creators of Peace and Heaven on Earth.
